Does any company including telecommunication have staff with background of physics , anthropology or fine arts !! It needs variety to bring unique ideas and finally products and services. Companies recruit clones , who exactly know how to “manage” the environment. People also get attracted to work environment, majority of our workplace is saddled with two centuries old work practises and procedures. Talent cannot work in vacuum, it needs good incubator.
