Does any company including telecommunication have staff with background of physics , anthropology or fine arts !! It needs variety to bring unique ideas and finally products and services. Companies recruit clones , who exactly know how to “manage” the environment. People also get attracted to work environment, majority of our workplace is saddled with two centuries old work practises and procedures. Talent cannot work in vacuum, it needs good incubator.</description>

Looking at the growth of One97 and discussing it with a few thought leaders in the industry, I am keen on connecting with the *cult*!

The energy, the platform as you have right mentioned has always been part of NASSCOM EMERGE events and I think Avinash is doing a great job of it.

PR 2.0 is happening now and am sure we have lots to explore in common!
